This case was stricken from the Court's May 3, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On January 10, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that the Internal Revenue Service has processed a 2018 amended income tax return submitted by petitioner and her spouse. The Commissioner requests 60 days to finalize the stipulated decision document. We will grant the request. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 14, 2022, the parties shall file stipulated decision documents or a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
