This case was on the Court's May 1, 2023 San Francisco, California trial calendar. The parties recently reported that Respondent has received a copy of petitioner's 2015 return. The parties continue to believe this case can be resolved administratively without a need for trial once the IRS reviews that return.
It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before October 10, 2023 the parties shall submit decision documents or shall file a joint status report describing their progress.
