By Notice dated January 17, 2023, this case is calendared for trial on the Court's May 1, 2023 Atlanta, Georgia trial calendar. On March 29, 2023, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss For Lack of Jurisdiction as to Stanley Bennett because respondent asserts that the petition was not signed by Stanley Bennett. The Court will grant the motion and change the caption.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted and Stanley Bennett is hereby dismissed from this case for lack of jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is changed to read: Melina Bennett, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent.
