This case is calendared for trial at the Washington, District of Columbia, trial session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 30, 2023.

On March 10, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion to Dismiss his case on the basis that he has paid the deficiency for the tax year at issue. In the motion, petitioner states that he advised respondent of the motion, but he does not say if respondent objects to the Court granting the motion. Upon due consideration of petitioner's Motion to Dismiss, filed March 10, 2023, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 10, 2023, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's above-mentioned Motion to Dismiss.
