ORDER

This case was stricken from the Court's May 3, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On July 12, 2021, the Commissioner filed a status report, which indicated that the IRS is processing petitioner Gayla Bennett's 2018 amended income tax return and anticipates this being completed in two months. The Commissioner requests 90 days to file either a stipulated decision or a status report. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 11, 2022, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision document or a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient).
