ROBERT S. BENNETT, Appellant v. COMMISSION FOR LAWYER DISCIPLINE, Appellee

On Appeal from the 334th District Court Harris County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 2013-56866

ORDER

In an earlier appeal between these parties, No. 14-14-00470-CV, this court affirmed in part and reversed in part the trial court's judgment and remanded for further proceedings. See Bennett v. Comm'n for Lawyer Discipline, 489 S.W.3d 58 (Tex. App.—Houston [14th Dist.] 2016, no pet.) ("the First Appeal"). The trial court signed a judgment on remand on June 1, 2017. The current appeal is from that judgment.

Appellant has filed an agreed motion to supplement the record in this appeal with a copy of the entire appellate record from the First Appeal. The motion states that the parties agree the record from the First Appeal is essential to disposition of the current appeal. The motion is GRANTED.

Accordingly, the clerk of this court is ordered to place a copy of the entire appellate record from No. 14-14-00470-CV into the record in this appeal.
