On June 8, 2021, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that petitioner failed to pay the Court's filing fee. On June 21, 2021, the parties submitted a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered June 8, 2021, is vacated and set aside.
