On July 6, 2022, the parties submitted a stipulated decision to the Court. On July 11, 2022, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that petitioners failed to pay the Court's filing fee as directed by the Court.

After due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered July 11, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside.
