DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application to be relieved as attorney for the child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Claudia Brown, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child and Daniel Gartenstein, Esq., P.O. Box 3575, Kingston, NY 12402, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as he may direct; and it is further

ORDERED that the time to file the brief on behalf of the child is extended to September 11, 2018.
