Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff in an automobile accident allegedly caused by the defendant's negligence, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain, where the court, Berger, J., granted the defendant's motion for a judgment of nonsuit and rendered judgment dismissing the action; thereafter, the court denied the plaintiff's motion to open the judgment, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
