So much of the judgment that dismisses the plaintiff Dorothy Benedetti's claim for loss of consortium is vacated and a new judgment, in the amount of $10,000 plus interest and costs, is to enter for the plaintiff Dorothy Benedetti. So much of the judgment that dismisses the plaintiff Orlando Benedetti's claim is affirmed. The order denying the motion for a new trial is affirmed.
