DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated November 9, 2021.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated December 1, 2021, in the above-entitled matter, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Family Court" and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court," and by adding "(IDV Part)" immediately following the word "County," and by deleting from the fourth decretal paragraph thereof the words "Family Court" and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court"; and it is further, ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated January 3, 2022, in the above entitled matter, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Family Court" and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court," by adding "(IDV Part)" immediately following the word "County," and by deleting from the first and second ordered paragraphs thereof the words "Family Court" and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court."
