On June 14, 2024, attorney Creshenole N. Opata electronically filed an Entry of Appearance for Respondent in this case. However, there is no certificate attached thereto showing that service of the Entry of the Appearance has been made on petitioner, and petitioner has not consented to receive electronic service in this case. See Rule 21, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, together with this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall serve on petitioner a copy of the above-referenced Entry of Appearance for Respondent.
