The facts presented are essentially the same as those presented in Benbow v. Benbow, 601 So.2d 1012 (Ala.Civ.App. 1992). The judgment in this case is affirmed on the authority of Benbow and Stack v. Stack, 646 So.2d 51 (Ala.Civ.App. 1994).
