Appeal by the British Ministry of War Transport, as claimant of the M.V. "Empire Attendant," from interlocutory decrees of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, adjudging the M.V. "Empire Attendant" solely liable for damages arising out of the collision between the barge "Lincoln" and the M.V. "Empire Attendant."
