ORDER ACCEPTING FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATION OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636, the Court has reviewed Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint ("SAC"), Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment ("MSJ"), Plaintiff's Request for Injunctive Relief, the relevant records on file, and the Amended Report and Recommendation ("Amended R&R") of the United States Magistrate Judge. The Court has engaged in de novo review of those portions of the Report to which Plaintiff has objected. Court accepts the findings and recommendation of the Magistrate Judge.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that:

(1) the Amended R&R is ACCEPTED;

(2) Defendant's MSJ is GRANTED;

(3) Plaintiff's request for injunctive relief is DENIED; and

(4) Judgment be entered dismissing this action with prejudice. Dated: 7/30/2020
