A petition commencing this passport case was filed on December 20, 2019. On May 6, 2021, petitioners filed a Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 7). On June 7, 2021, respondent filed a Response to Petitioners' Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 13). Also on June 7, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 12).
On February 7, 2022, this case was assigned to the undersigned judge, and on April 20, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the status of the case and the pending motions. During the conference call, counsel for respondent informally requested an opportunity to supplement respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment to respond to the topics discussed during the conference call. By Order served April 25, 2022, among other things, the Court granted respondent leave to supplement his Motion for Summary Judgment on or before June 6, 2022, and directed petitioners to file a response to respondent's supplement, if any, on or before July 6, 2022.
On June 6, 2022, respondent filed a First Supplement to Respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 29).
On July 13, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion for Extension of Time (Doc. 31) requesting additional time to respond to respondent's First Supplement to Respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment.
Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before July 22, 2022, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time.
