Present — Martin, P.J., McAvoy, O'Malley, Townley and Glennon, JJ.


The first cause of action is to recover alleged overcharges for transporting structural steel from Chester, Pa., to Hawaiian Islands, with a transshipment at San Francisco. Order denying plaintiff's motion for summary judgment on the first cause of action unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion.
