Pending in the above-docketed matter is a Motion for Entry of Decision and first supplement thereto, both filed October 25, 2024, by petitioners herein. Thereafter, on November 13, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation.
Accordingly, the premises considered, and commensurate with entry of the decision, it is ORDERED that petitioners' just-referenced Motion for Entry of Decision, as supplemented, is granted.
