Terry Bell's petition alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel is denied without prejudice to Bell filing a petition for belated appeal alleging that he made a timely request for an appeal that was not honored by trial counsel. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.141(c)(3)(F).

DENIED.
