Julian Cedrick BELL, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the 187th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas

Trial Court No. 2011CR8623

Honorable Raymond Angelini, Judge Presiding

ORDER

The State has filed a motion for rehearing, asserting that the day after this court issued its opinion in this appeal, the trial court signed a nunc pro tunc judgment that resolves the issue raised on appeal regarding the enhancement allegation and obviates the need to reverse the original judgment and remand the cause for a new punishment hearing. The court hereby requests a response to the motion for rehearing from the appellant. See TEX. R. APP. P. 49.2. Any response by the appellant must be filed in this court no later than two weeks from the date of this order.
