Scott M. Snipkie, for Respondent.

Before Division Two: Karen King Mitchell, Presiding Judge, Alok Ahuja, Judge and Edward R. Ardini, Jr., Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Robert Bell, Jr. appeals the denial of his pro se motion to set aside the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County, Missouri. He argues that the judgment was the result of actions by opposing counsel that constituted fraud upon the court. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum of law has been provided to the parties. Rule 84.16(b).
