This is a companion suit to that of Hollins et al. v. Jefferson Oil Company, Inc. et al., La. App., 124 So.2d 629. They were consolidated for trial and on appeal were considered together. The facts and issues are the same. For the reasons there assigned, the judgment of the trial court should be affirmed and it is hereby affirmed. Costs of this appeal to be paid by defendant-appellants.

Affirmed.
