ORDER

Joseph W. Nega, Judge

This case was called from the calendar on March 21, 2022, at the remote Trial Session of the Court in Spokane, Washington. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and orally moved for a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. Additionally, on June 10, 2022, the Court ordered that jurisdiction be retained by the undersigned, and further ordered that on or before, April 20, 2021, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision or a joint status report of the then present status of this case.

On June 6, 2022, the court issued and order that the time within which the parties were to file either a joint status report or stipulated decision was extended to and including July 8, 2021. On June 22, 2022, Court received returned mail of the Courts Order, issued on June 10, 2022, on petitioner at her address of record in this case. That Order was returned by the U.S. Postal Service and the envelope in which it was mailed was marked "Return to Sender - Not Deliverable as Addressed".

For cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent shall on or before July 26, 2022, provide to the Court the best contact information available, including the address(es) of petitioner Makita S. Bell 1
