ORDER

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's April 4, 2022, Memphis, Tennessee trial session. On March 10, 2022, respondent filed a status report informing the Court that the parties have reached a settlement in this case, and that respondent is awaiting computations in order to prepare and file a stipulation and submit a decision.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's April 4, 2022, Memphis, Tennessee trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that on or before May 13, 2022, the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case. 1
