By order of December 30, 1998, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in Robinson v. City of Detroit (Docket No. 110360) and Cooper v. Wade (Docket No. 107421). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on July 18, 2000, 462 Mich. 439 (2000), the application is again considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of Robinson andCooper.
