Bell v. Bell

Supreme Court of Louisiana
May 4, 1979
371 So. 2d 264 (La. 1979)

Opinion

No. 64431.

May 4, 1979.

In re Roberta Allen Bell applying for Writ of Certiorari, Second Circuit Court of Appeal.

Writ denied. Judgment is not final.

Although the majority feels it need not decide the issue until after final judgment, we are of the opinion that, absent a judicial separation, the only fault material to the adjudication is the adultery upon which the divorce is based.
