Present — Taylor, P.J., McCurn, Love, Kimball and Piper, JJ.


Order (1) denying defendants' motion for change of place of trial from Niagara County to Erie County or to such other counties as the court may direct and (2) denying defendants' motion to separately try the defendants, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. Stay vacated. Memorandum: The motions were addressed to the discretion of the court and we find no abuse of discretion. All concur. (The order (1) denies defendants' motion for change of place of trial; and (2) denies defendants' motion to separately try the defendants in a proceeding for criminal contempt of court.)
