CASE NO.: 3D19-0352

Marhlau BELIZAIRE, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s)

Upon consideration, this Court determines that no appealable order was rendered by the trial court on petitioner's Motion to Correct Illegal Sentence. Thus there is no order to appeal (or upon which to seek a belated appeal). See, e.g., U.S. Bank, N.A. v. Bjeljac, 17 So. 3d 862 (Fla. 5th DCA 2009) ; Hardwick v. State, 702 So. 2d 542 (Fla. 2d DCA 1997) ; State v. Green, 527 So. 2d 941 (Fla. 2d DCA 1988) ; State v. Phillips, 507 So. 2d 1170 (Fla. 1st DCA 1987).

EMAS, C.J., and LINDSEY and HENDON, JJ., concur.
