In accordance with the Memorandum Opinion filed concurrently herewith, IT IS HEREBY ADJUDGED that the decision of defendant, the Commissioner of Social Security Administration, is reversed and this case is remanded to defendant for further proceedings consistent with the Memorandum Opinion.
