Motion for further enlargement of time denied and appellant is directed to serve and file the record on appeal and appellant's points on or before April 26, 1960, with notice of argument for the June 1960 Term of this court as provided in the order of this court entered March 24, 1960. The printing in the record on appeal of exhibits A(1), A(3)(e), A(5)(a), A(5)(b), A(5)(c), A(6)(a), A(6)(b), A(7), A(8)(9f), A(10), A(11), D(1), D(2), D(3), Prospectus of Peoples Securities Corporation of April 7, 1958 (annexed to defendant-respondent's notice of motion), and B-1, B-2, C-1, and C-2 (annexed to plaintiff-appellant's answering affidavit), is dispensed with on condition that the originals of said exhibits are filed with this court on or before May 18, 1960.
