Belew v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Feb 19, 1974
290 So. 2d 92 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1974)

Opinion

No. T-384.

February 19, 1974.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Escambia County; Kirke M. Beall, Judge.

Richard W. Ervin, III, Public Defender; and David J. Busch, Asst. Public Defender, for appellants.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., and George R. Georgieff, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Appellants seek reversal of a final judgment, entered pursuant to a jury verdict, finding them guilty of possession of hashish.

We have carefully reviewed the record on appeal and the briefs filed herein. Upon our consideration thereof, we are of the opinion that appellants have failed to demonstrate reversible error in the judgments appealed herein, and the same are therefore affirmed.

SPECTOR, Acting C.J., and JOHNSON and BOYER, JJ., concur.
