REMUS BELEIU & NAOMI J. BELEIU, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland Judge

This case was called for trial on April 20, 2023, at the Trial Session of the Court in Cleveland, Ohio.

On April 10, 2023, respondent filed with the Court Proposed Trial Exhibits (1-R through 20-R). On April 13, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a First Supplement to Proposed Trial Exhibits (1-R through 20-R). Both these sets of proposed trial exhibits were numbered using the duplicative numbers to the exhibits attached to the First Stipulation of Facts. On April 19, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a First Supplemental First Stipulation of Facts, which included many of respondent's proposed trial exhibits. During the trial on April 20, 2023, the only exhibits discussed and admitted were those exhibits attached to the First Stipulation of Facts and the First Supplemental First Stipulation of Facts. Thus, the Court will strike the duplicative numbered proposed exhibits from the record.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Proposed Trial Exhibits (1-R through 20-R), filed with the Court on April 10, 2023, (Docket Index No. 27) is stricken from the record as duplicative. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's First Supplement to Proposed Trial Exhibits (1-R through 20-R), filed with the Court on April 13, 2023, (Docket Index No. 29) is stricken from the record as duplicative.
