ORDER

Joseph Robert Goeke, Judge

On October 6, 2023, petitioner husband filed a document as Proposed Exhibits and submitted a statement where he alluded to voluminous documents in his possession that he intends to offer at trial. To be admitted at trial he needs to identify specific checks by bates number and exhibit number and submit them on Dawson with redactions to protect his personal information. Voluminous, disorganized documents will not be admitted into evidence. If he has not previously provided these documents to respondent's counsel, his claims that they are in respondent's possession may not be accepted. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the parties are instructed to act in accord with the above instructions with exhibits that have not been stipulated.
