ORDER

On June 16, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion to Compel Discovery. As a result, the Court reviewed 170 pages for in camera inspection. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that Bates Nos. 0109 through 0112, 0121 through 0123, 0132 and 0133 do not need to be produced to petitioner. It is further

ORDERED petitioner should receive pages without redactions except for those redactions in blue/yellow for Bates Nos. 0022 through 0081, 0097 through 0105, 0107 and 0108, 0124 through 0131, and 0137 through 0170. It is further

ORDERED that with regard to Bates Nos. 0082 through 0096, 0106, 0113 through 0120, and 0134 through 0136, respondent is directed on or before August 22, 2023, to file with the Court a report explaining if these documents are publicly available, why they are privileged and if they are included in the Internal Revenue Manual.
