Joseph Robert Goeke, Judge

On August 14, 2023, respondent produced documents to the Court for in camera review. The Court's initial review of the materials submitted for the in camera inspection leads to a determination that the Appeals Case Memorandum with the exception of the materials redacted in blue should be produced to petitioner. If respondent has specific objections to this determination, respondent has until Friday to inform the Court. Respondent is advised that general claims of privilege regarding the Appeals Case Memorandum will not be accepted. The Court will deal with the additional documents subsequently. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that respondent is directed to address the above instruction on or before August 18, 2023.
