Pending before the Court is petitioner's Motion to Compel Production of Documents, filed April 10, 2023. On April 21, 2023, respondent filed a Report listing respondent's claims of privilege included in the documents sent to petitioner on an electronic drive, also known as a thumb drive or flash drive, and on May 8, 2023, petitioner filed a Reply to Report. The Court will direct respondent to produce to the Court for in camera review all documents for which respondent has claimed deliberative process, work product and attorney-client privilege. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that on or before June 23, 2023, respondent shall produce to the Court for in camera review all documents as described above. Prior to June 23, 2023, respondent should contact chambers to arrange for production.
