Finding that genuine issues of material fact exist concerning the purpose of the traffic control signal outside the fire station, as well as other questions relating to the circumstances of the accident and liability therefore, we reverse the final summary judgment and remand for further proceedings.

Reversed and remanded.

LEVY and GODERICH, JJ., concur.
