Tuttle, Esq., for substitution of counsel as Attorney for the Child, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed on the ground that appellant is not an aggrieved party because the order appealed was entered on consent (see CPLR 5511; Matter of Thomas C.
