KRISTINE BEKERIS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

By Order served November 7, 2022, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case. To date, petitioner has failed to comply with that Order.

However, on November 21, 2022, the Court received and filed a Letter by petitioner dated November 14, 2022. In the Letter petitioner advises that the Petition in this case was filed in error and requests that the case be dismissed.

In view of the foregoing, and it appearing that petitioner does not intend to pay the filing fee and proceed with this case, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
