Action to recover moneys allegedly owed for legal services rendered to the defendant, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the defendant filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the matter was referred to Michael A. Georgetti, attorney factfinder, who recommended judgment for the plaintiff on the complaint and on the counterclaim; subsequently, the court, Hale, J., overruled the plaintiff's objection to the report and rendered judgment in accordance with the factfinder's report, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
