These cases are currently calendared on the Court's Houston, Texas trial session, which begins March 27, 2023. On March 6, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report stating that a basis for settlement has been reached and that they will need additional time to file stipulated decision documents with the Court. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that these cases are stricken from the above referenced trial session, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that on or before May 12, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either stipulated decision documents or a joint status report as to the then-present status of these cases.
