Judgment of the City Court of Mount Vernon, entered on the verdict of a jury in favor of plaintiffs, in an action to recover for personal injuries of plaintiff wife, and for loss of services and for expenses by plaintiff husband, unanimously affirmed, with costs. Upon the ruling of the trial court excluding examination of plaintiffs' former attorney, see Kaufman v. Rosenshine ( 97 App. Div. 514, 517, affd. 183 N.Y. 562).
