(12773)

Argued April 27, 1995

Decision released May 23, 1995

Action for the dissolution of a marriage, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the court, Coppeto, J., granted the defendant's pendente lite motions for joint custody of the parties' minor children, child support and alimony, and ordered the plaintiff to vacate the marital residence, and the plaintiff appealed to this court; thereafter, the court, Axelrod, J., rendered judgment dissolving the marriage and for other relief. Appeal dismissed.

Joseph Charelli filed a brief for the appellant (plaintiff).

Mark R. Soboslai, for the appellee (defendant).

We conclude that this appeal is moot because there is no relief that this court can grant.
