Application by the plaintiff-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated September 19, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the applicant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 3, 2013, and the applicant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
