Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, unless the plaintiff stipulate to reduce the verdict to $15,000, in which event the judgment as reduced and order are unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Jenks, Burr, Thomas, Rich and Carr, JJ., concurred.
