Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion filed by appellant on July 26, 2023 is DENIED. The 3/29/23 and 6/7/23 transcripts were timely ordered by appellant. However, appellant has not filed the court reporter's stenographer's certificate for the 3/29/23 and 6/7/23 hearing dates. If he does not do so by 8/15/23, this case will be dismissed without further notice to appellant.
