ORDER

Elizabeth L. Giddier, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The delayed application for leave to appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the application was not filed within six months of the date of entry for the July 14, 2021, August 11, 2021, or August 30, 2021 circuit court orders as required by MCR 7.205(A)(4)(a).

The motion for sanctions for a vexatious appeal is DISMISSED.
