Upon due consideration of the record in the above-captioned matter at Docket No. 32330-21 and that of the related proceeding at Docket No. 1188-22S, which is being closed by separate Order as duplicative, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to apply the filing fee paid in the case at Docket No. 1188-22S to this case at Docket No. 32330-21. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioners shall file an Amended Petition at this Docket No. 32330-21 is hereby extended to May 5, 2022. If the Amended Petition is not received by that date, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction. Petitioners are reminded that the Amended Petition should be filed in paper, NOT electronically, as it needs to be signed with original signatures by both petitioners.
