MEMORANDUM OPINION

A jury convicted Brett Jonathan Bednarek of aggravated sexual assault of a child under fourteen years of age, see Tex. Pen. Code Ann. § 22.021 (Vernon Supp. 2004), and assessed punishment at ninety-nine years confinement. Appellant, who is not indigent and is represented by retained counsel, did not file a brief; therefore, we submitted the appeal without briefs. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(b)(4). Absent briefs, no points of error are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
